Your team is doing work
software should do
SolisAI is an AI automation agency for mid-market and enterprise operations. We find the repetitive processes eating your week and rebuild them as workflows that run themselves, on the tools you already pay for. We'll tell you straight whether a process is worth automating — including when it isn't.
Platforms we build on and integrate with — not client logos. No rip and replace.
Nobody was hired to move data
from one tab to another
The busywork is invisible on the org chart and enormous on the P&L. It is also the most automatable work in the building.
spent moving data between systems by hand — email, PDFs, spreadsheets, and scanned documents.

Most start with a model instead of a process. We start with the process and work backwards.

Four ways we take work
off your team
Scoped as projects, delivered as production systems. Not a proof of concept that dies in a sandbox.
Workflow automation
End-to-end process rebuilds: intake, routing, approvals, handoffs, and system updates running end to end, with people on the exceptions and the approvals you choose.
- Order-to-cash & procure-to-pay
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Multi-system approvals
Document intelligence
Invoices, contracts, claims, and forms read, validated, and pushed into your systems of record with an audit trail.
- Extraction with confidence scoring
- Exception queues for humans
AI agents & copilots
Internal agents grounded in your own documentation and data — support triage, sales research, ops Q&A.
- Retrieval on your knowledge base
- Guardrails and escalation paths
Integration layer
The plumbing between the systems that were never designed to talk. One source of truth, no nightly CSV ritual.
- API and event-driven syncs
- Legacy system bridges
Measurement built in
Every workflow ships with a dashboard: hours saved, volume processed, exception rate, cost per transaction.
Your team owns it
We document and hand over. No black boxes, no dependency on us to change a rule.
A first workflow live in 3–6 weeks
No twelve-month transformation programme. The first two steps are free, and nothing is priced until we have measured the work. We prove value on one process, then compound it.
45-minute audit call
One process, scored on our 10-point automatability test. You get a rough hours-returned range and a straight answer on whether it's worth going further.
Observed audit
If the call says yes, we sit with the people doing the work, map every step, and time it. You get measured hours instead of estimates, and a ranked list of what to automate by hours returned and effort to build.
Blueprint & business case
Target architecture, tooling, integration points, risks, and a payback number your CFO can sign off on. Fixed scope, fixed price.
Build & pilot
First workflow in production behind a safety net: human review on exceptions, full logging, rollback ready. We tune on real volume.
Scale & hand over
Next processes in the queue, documentation and training for your team, and a monthly readout on hours and cost saved.
Where teams usually start
Three of the most common starting points: what we automate, and what we measure so you can see the hours come back. The audit decides which one, if any, is yours.
Customer service
When agents spend more time sorting, looking things up and re-keying than answering.
- Ticket triage, tagging and routing to the right queue
- Account and order context added to the ticket before an agent opens it
- Reply drafts from your knowledge base, for an agent to approve
- Hand-offs to billing, operations or the CRM without re-keying
- Time to first response
- Tickets re-routed after first assignment
- Agent hours per 100 tickets
- Drafts sent with no or minor edits
Finance operations
When invoices arrive by email and portal and someone keys them into the ERP.
- Invoice intake from email and supplier portals
- Extraction and matching against POs and receipts
- Posting to the ERP, with mismatches sent to a person
- Approval chasing and status updates
- Invoices handled with no one touching them
- Time and cost per invoice
- Exception rate, and why
- Days to close
Revenue operations
When the weekly numbers take a day of copying between CRM, billing and spreadsheets.
- CRM clean-up: duplicates, missing fields, stale stages
- Deal data reconciled across CRM, billing and the warehouse
- The weekly pipeline report, built before Monday
- Hand-off from closed deal to onboarding
- Hours spent on weekly reporting
- Records with missing or conflicting data
- Time from closed deal to kickoff
- Report errors caught after it goes out

What happens to your data
The short, honest version. Your security team gets the long version on request.
Workflows are deployed inside your own cloud environment, built on the Runable agentic AI platform. Your systems stay where they are.
Each workflow gets only the access it needs to do its job. You can see and revoke every credential at any time.
What ran, when, on which record, and what it decided. Low-confidence cases go to a person instead of a guess.
Before we start, we tell you which AI models will see your data and agree in writing what each one gets.
We work under your MSA and will sign your Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for any personal data we touch.
We're straight about it. We will complete your security questionnaire in full and work within your controls.
The things buyers ask first
RPA automates clicks on a screen and breaks the moment a UI changes. We work at the data and API layer where possible, and use AI only where the work genuinely needs judgement — reading a document, classifying an email, drafting a reply. The result is fewer moving parts and far less maintenance.
Use it where it's enough. The AI built into a helpdesk or CRM is good at work that starts and ends inside that one system, and if it covers your process, we'll tell you so. Most manual hours sit in the hand-offs: checking an order in the ERP, updating the CRM, chasing an approval by email. A single vendor's AI can't see those steps. That cross-system work is what we automate.
No. Every engagement starts from the assumption that your ERP, CRM, and ticketing stay exactly where they are. We build the automation and integration layer around them.
Workflows run inside your own cloud environment, with least-privilege access and every action logged. Before we start, we name every AI model provider that will see your data. We work under your MSA and will sign your DPA. We don't have a SOC 2 report yet, so we complete your security questionnaire in full instead.
The 45-minute audit call and the Week 1 observed audit are both free. The blueprint and first build are fixed-price against a defined scope, so you know the number before we write code. Ongoing work is a monthly retainer sized to the roadmap.
Mainly mid-market companies — roughly 100 to 5,000 people — plus individual operations teams inside larger enterprises. What matters is a real operations function and enough transaction volume that a few hours a day of manual work is a meaningful cost.
Every workflow ships with confidence thresholds, an exception queue, full logging, and a rollback path. Low-confidence cases go to a human by design rather than guessing.
Something always changes: an API version, a renamed field, a new login method. Every workflow is monitored, so a failure or a drop in confidence raises an alert, and affected cases go to the exception queue instead of failing silently. After handover you choose: a monthly maintenance retainer with us, or your own team maintains it with the documentation and tests we hand over. As a planning figure, budget 15–25% of the build cost per year for workflows that touch several systems.

Founder, SolisAIProvidence, RI, USA
For 12 years I ran operations behind the scenes: corporate support services for two commercial banks, 330,000 sq ft of high-rise commercial property, and HOA communities in California. That included running the help desks where staff logged requests and my teams triaged, routed and resolved them.
Everywhere I worked, good people lost hours to work a system should do: sorting requests, chasing approvals, copying information from one tool to another. SolisAI exists to hand that work to software, with your people on the exceptions.
You deal with me directly, from the first call.
