Less repeated setup.
A clearer onboarding hand-off.
A Make workflow that connects intake, workspace setup and a welcome message—and checks the company register before doing it all again.

The operational problem
Onboarding can mean copying form answers into a spreadsheet, setting up folders and communication channels, and writing a welcome email. A repeated submission can cause that setup to be repeated too.
This demo explores a connected alternative: use one submission to coordinate those steps, with explicit checks for existing companies and Slack channels. It is rules-based automation; no AI model is used in this workflow.
From submission to setup.
- 01
Receive
Typeform collects the contact and company details.
- 02
Check
Google Sheets acts as a company register. An existing company stops here.
- 03
Connect
Find the matching Slack channel, or create one if it is missing.
- 04
Set up
Create a private Drive folder, a starter Google Doc and a contact row.
- 05
Welcome
Send a readable welcome email to the configured test inbox.

What was tested.
Manual runs with demo submissions, reviewed through Make execution outputs and recipient checks. No measured time savings or client outcomes are claimed.
New-company onboarding
A new test company completed the workflow. Contact fields reached the sheet correctly, and the document was placed in the intended folder.
Slack channel reuse
In the Slack-lookup version, a repeat test skipped channel creation while the remaining onboarding steps continued.
Repeat-company blocking
In the final version, both an existing register entry and a newly onboarded test company stopped before downstream steps on repeat submission.
Welcome email delivery
The revised welcome message arrived in the test inbox, initially in spam. Inbox placement for client recipients has not been established.
